She stated she need additional help with coping with changes she is facing on her job. Ms. Clark mentioned having issues with the laundry room at Rolling Hills. I advised her to contact the leasing office for assistance. An updated LAS was completed.

115459 2024-04-08 In Person Visit Counseling On April 5, 2024, Ms. Sandgria Clark, visited the office. Ms. Clark reported doing well. Ms. Clark is a concern grandmother who states she is aware of her grandchild not being properly cared for. Ms. Clark is a neighbor at Rolling Hills Apartments. Her grandchild mother is not a neighbor at any of Alco properties. i advised Ms. Clark of steps she can take as a grandparent to help resolve the issues that she states she is aware of. I advised Ms. Clark I can't assume something has taking place, I will need to see and make an assessment. Ms. Clark understands, no further concerns at this time.

Ms. Clark stated she had a concern involving an upcoming inspection regarding her apartment. Ms. Clark says she has an area on her bathroom with a hole in it. I advise Ms. Clark to make a report, requesting repair work. Ms. Clark stated she already has. I advise Ms. Clark to report a reminder if needed. I advised her to follow-up with me if needed. Ms. Clark is employed with reliable transportation, she stated she is happy to know NCC is here to help. Ms. Clark had no further concerns.

She stated she has one complaint involving a door in her home that is broken and has mold. Ms. Clark states she filled out a report a few months ago but no one has come to fix it. I advised Ms. Clark I will notify the property manager for further assistance. I sent a message to Ms. Patrice regarding the matter.

Ms. Clark is interested in starting the program. I advised her I will forward her name to our program management.

I verified the information we have on file for her she agreed that it was correct. She began talking about her grandchildren and her adult children. She stated she is at home a lot and she doesn't work a job. Ms. Clark states her health is fine. She is a high school graduate, and enjoys her community, she is relatively inactive and cope with her daily living. I advise Ms. Clark that my role is to assist her and connect her to resources and to support her with needs or goals she might have. Ms. Clark stated she would like to have a TV and sheets for her queen size bed. I advised Ms. Clark I would begin researching to find items for her. I advised Ms. Clark briefly about our Job Readiness Program. She was running out of time to continue our conversation due to baby-sitting I advise her I will give her a follow-up call in three to five days to let her know the status of the items requested and also to continue discussing the Job Readiness Program and how it will help prepare her for work.
