Ms. Grice is now attending a trade school in which she will graduate this year. Ms. Grice is very excited about completing her new goal. Ms. Grice gives updates on her progress in school. I encouraged Ms. Grice to continue her journey and stay focused.

Ms. Grice care for her grand-children and participates in activities in the community. I invited Ms. Grice to attend a community event for women on April 6th. She accepted the offer, I also invited her to come help with Easter activities at Rolling Hills Apartments on 3/25. Ms. Grice stated she will come. I plan to follow-up with Ms. Grice as a reminder. An LAS was completed.

Ms. Grice stated she is involved with a community program in South Memphis that helps with budgeting money. Ms. Grice overall health is good she has no concerns at this time.

She was at the library participating in community games with others. I encouraged her to continue her involvement within her community. Ms. Grice has grandchildren that she supports by spending quality time with them at her home when her daughter brings them to visit. Ms. Grice states that her grandchildren are in need of school supplies. Ms. Grice is currently unemployed and enjoys her community. Ms. Grice is a high school graduate. She states she has some computer skills. Ms. Grice receive SNAP benefits and has no complaints. I advised Ms. Grice, I wanted to invite her to sign-up and attend our Job Readiness Program. Ms. Grice said she will think about it. We will have a follow-up conversation before the end of the month. I advised her the next class start in September and she will gain a chance to learn and grow as an individual to reach her goals. I will follow-up with client.
