Ms. Jackson stated her ACP has been suspended and she has very little money. I assisted her with information for completing an application with CSA. Ms. Jackson stated she wasn't in need of resources for anything else, she mentioned she will be getting recertified this month to start her ACP funds again. Ms. Jackson is not interested in working as she states. Transportation is an issue for her small children, and she has very little help. An LAS was completed.

I advised Ms. Jackson of other job searches to apply for. Ms. Jackson says she will be applying. She also stated she will try to plan for the next Job Readiness class.

She stated the resident floors were very dirty and the resident stated she is unable to purchase supplies to clean her floors. I advised Ms. Patrice I will contact resident once I get supplies.

Ms. Jackson is interested in knowing more about Neighborhood Christian Centers. We discussed the different programs NCC offers. Ms. Jackson is interested in being a part of The Job Readiness program. I advised Ms. Jackson on when the classes will start. Ms. Jackson seemed to be excited, Ms. Jackson has goals that she would like to reach. She states she is committed in reaching her goals. She wants to be a better parent to her children and become financially stable.
