Ms. McCray stated the ice in her area has stopped her from being able to walk to the dumpster. She asked if anyone could put Rock Salt down to help the tenants move around. I advised tenant I will call RH's/maintenance to help find some solutions, otherwise client is doing well.

115872 2023-12-21 In Person Visit Care Call I spoke to Ms. Patrice regarding matter with Ms. McCray. The balance of $105.00 due in utilities was due to a recertification that wasn't completed. I discussed balance with client she doesn't have any money. I spoke with Ms. Demetria and we will look into resolving the balance, I advised client I will give her a call back.

115872 2023-10-04 Phone Call Counseling I spoke with client to get an update on her current utility bill situation. Ms. McCray states her situation hasn't changed. She states she has received a notice on her door about her utilities. I advised Ms. McCray I will contact resources for assistance. I called CSA and they are without funds at this time. I contacted MIFA and spoke to someone. They have funds available now to assist. I called Ms. McCray and advised to get online and start the application process, their response time is within two days. I stayed on the phone as she began her application to make sure she was able to answer the questions. I advise Ms. McCray to call me if needed. My plan is to follow-up with Ms. McCray in a few days. I updated Ms. Patrice again regarding the matter to let her know we are working to resolve the matter.

Ms. McCray states at this time she is frustrated due to miscommunication regarding her utilities. Ms. McCray states she receives a utility voucher. I ask Ms. McCray did she miss a payment. She states she remembers paying but the records show she didn't pay, and the property regional manager told her they paid the balance, and she has to reimburse the amount to their financial department. Ms. McCray has been told she has to pay $250.00 by September 29, 2023. Per the Regional Manager of Alco Properties according to Ms. McCray. Ms. McCray states she is unemployed and is currently seeking employment at this time. I ask Ms. McCray did she receive a past due notice regarding her utility bill she states she doesn't remember getting one. I advised Ms. McCray I will follow-up with Emergency Services to reach out to her for further assistance.
