Given number to Christ Community to schedule an appointment to take son in for immunizations. Requesting bus card so that client can go to the health department to get a birth certificate. This docment will be needed for WIC and other services for son. States she has gotten free diapers from TeNNcare once. Explained that she could use her Tenncare transportation to pick up diapers from the pharmacy. Also requesting furniture( Bed; living room set; kitchenette set). |
